ouigie boards and automatic writing

ouigii boards are toys as such,any one can involutarily move the glass on the board without knowing really that it is them doing it, automatic writing is better, with eyes closed clear your mind when after asking a question, you should be relaxed with no preconcieved ideas,true even this can not work sometimes. flying in dreams is natural astral projection sometimes due to the very relaxed state of sleep obviously.we can measure our own electro magnetic field with an emf meter, mine only comes up very low despite all the items i wear!lol!!the brain gives off electric charges the message senders in the brain create this, so if you feel something is invasive to your brain it is probably just your neurons being over active/imagination working too much. luv,light and bliss. f.
